For Hannah, movement is medicine.

As a qualified Sports Psychologist, PT and Sports Therapist alongside her Yoga and Pilates, Hannah is able to create a holistic yet safe class environment that allows her pupils to leave the room feeling nourished and grounded.

Yoga and Pilates have been a part of Hannah’s life for over 10 years. More recently, she has started to include mindfulness into her daily routine.
