Our studio in Hull City centre is currently closed due to the COVID-19 crisis.

However, we have DAILY ONLINE classes in our VIRTUAL STUDIO. Come and join us online and keep your Yoga and Fitness practice up, Book into classes with your packages as normal and let’s keep fit, sane and flexible.

The classes are available via the Zoom app to anyone with an active membership or class card. In our virtual Zoom classes the teacher is able to see and interact with you in real time, and even correct your postures

We are the first dedicated HOT YOGA & FITNESS STUDIO in Hull offering a variety of Yoga and Fitness classes: from Bikram Yoga, Inferno Hot Pilates, Core Pilates, Yin Yoga and Yoga for Athletes. You can also take advantage of additional workshops and therapies, such as massage, alongside our extensive class schedule.
This breathtaking, state of the art studio is extremely welcoming, friendly, none elitist and open to everybody regardless of age, shape, size and ability. Our teachers will empower you and inspire you, leaving you supercharged with positive energy and a greater zest for life.
